TiLP is available for 4 platforms:
Linux (GTK/X11), Windows (GTK/GDI), Mac OS-X (GTK/X11) and FreeBSD (GTK/X11).


New capabilities:
-----------------

	- merged Lionel's patch: add some new & shorter command line flags 
	for use by GCC4TI
	

Improvements:
-------------

	- changed location of "My TI Files" folder (Vista)


Bug fixes:
----------

	- fixed Folco's bug #2146886: "Crash when auto-detecting device"


Known bugs:
-----------

	- [nspire] need to restart TiLP if connection fails
	- [linux] Titanium DirectLink support works but:
		* w/ libusb: you will have to replug link cable whenever you exit TiLP
		* w/ kernel module: you don't have the issue stated below but replugging is
		  needed after module removal
		=> both of these bugs are due to the Titanium USB internal firmware
